🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Zobo Vietnam is committed to providing fast and reliable nationwide delivery service. This policy clearly defines the shipping fees, delivery timeframes, and product inspection rules to ensure maximum protection for our valued customers.

🗺️ SHIPPING SERVICE SCOPE

  • Applicable scope: All shipping fee and delivery time regulations in this policy apply only to orders shipped within the territory of Vietnam (Nationwide).
  • International shipping: Currently, Zobo Vietnam does not provide international shipping services due to high and complex shipping costs. We will notify customers if there are any updates in the future.

💰 SHIPPING FEE POLICY

1. Basic shipping fee

  • Standard fee: Flat rate of 20,000 VND for all orders nationwide.
  • Free shipping: Free delivery for all orders with a total value of 599,000 VND or more.
  • Express delivery: If the customer requests same-day delivery, the fee will be calculated based on the actual rate of Grab/Bee delivery services and is not eligible for free shipping.
  • In-store pickup: Customers may receive a discount when picking up the order directly at our store (please contact us to confirm the discount rate).

2. Notes on fees

  • E-commerce platforms: If you purchase through Shopee or Lazada, the shipping fee will follow the respective platform’s policy.
  • Non-refundable fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges or returns not caused by Zobo’s error (please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details).

⏱️ ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier (excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • Estimated nationwide delivery: 1–5 working days.
  • Hanoi inner city area: 1–2 days.
  • Other provinces and cities: 3–5 days.
  • Order processing: Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day.

⚠️ Note:
During peak seasons (Tet holidays, major sales events, or promotions), delivery time may be delayed by 1–2 working days. Zobo Vietnam always strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Zobo Vietnam currently partners with reputable shipping companies such as Viettel Post, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, GHN (Giao Hàng Nhanh), and GrabExpress to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your orders.

🔎 PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY

To protect customer rights, Zobo.com.vn encourages customers to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery.

  • Inspection rights: Customers are allowed to open the package and compare the product with the order (check model, quantity) before payment and acceptance.
  • Inspection timing: Inspection can only be done while the delivery staff is present.
  • No trial use: Customers are not permitted to break product seals or use the product during inspection.
  • Refuse to accept: If the product shows any signs of damage, deformation, or incorrect model, customers have the right to refuse the order and immediately contact Zobo Vietnam.
  • After receiving: If defects are found after signing for the order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance within the allowed time.
