At Zobo.com.vn, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions, procedures for exchange, return, refund, and the rules for Product shipping.

🔎 PRODUCT INSPECTION POLICY

To protect maximum shopping interests, Zobo.com.vn encourages Customers to perform a thorough inspection of the Product immediately upon receipt.

  • Regulation: Customers are allowed to open the package, compare the Product with the ordered item (check model, quantity) before payment and acceptance.
  • Refusal of Acceptance: If any signs of damage, breakage, dent, or incorrect model are found, the Customer has the right to refuse to accept the product and contact Zobo.com.vn immediately for timely support.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping Fees

  • Basic Fee: Flat rate of 20,000 VNĐ for all orders nationwide.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping for orders with a total value of 599,000 VNĐ or more.
  • E-commerce Platform Note: If the Customer purchases via Shopee/Lazada, shipping fees will apply according to the policy of those platforms.
  • Direct Pickup: Discount from 10,000 VNĐ – 30,000 VNĐ when the Customer picks up the goods directly at the store (discount price depends on the Product).

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (calculated from when the order is handed over to the shipping unit):

  • Estimated Time: From 1 – 5 business days.
  • Hanoi inner city: 1 – 2 days.
  • Other provinces/cities: 3 – 5 days.
  • Note: This time does not include holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), or force majeure factors.

↩️ RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Exchange/Return due to Zobo.com.vn Error

Applies when the Product has a defect due to shipping, manufacturing, or incorrect consultation.

ConditionsProduct must be 100% new, unused. All accessories, labels, and original packaging must be intact, including the seal on the mouthpiece (clear plastic film). The product box must be undamaged, clean, and complete.
CostZobo.com.vn bears the entire two-way shipping cost (the cost of returning the faulty Product and sending the replacement Product).
Refund100% of the Product value will be refunded if there is no replacement Product or if the Customer requests a refund.

2. Return when the Customer is not satisfied (Change of Mind)

Applies when the Customer wishes to return the Product because they are not satisfied with their personal choice.

CostThe Customer bears the entire incurred shipping cost (including the cost of sending the item back).

3. Exchange/Return Procedure

  1. Contact & Notification: The Customer contacts Zobo.com.vn and provides the order code and reason for exchange/return.
  2. Send the Product: The Customer packages the Product (ensuring shock protection) and sends it to the Zobo Store address.
  3. Check & Process: Zobo.com.vn receives and checks the Product condition.
  4. Completion: A new replacement Product is sent, or the refund process is executed.

💰 REFUND REGULATION

     

  • Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfer according to the information provided by the Customer.
  • Timeline: Within 01 – 03 business days from the date Zobo.com.vn confirms the Product is eligible for return and refund.
  • Note: Customers must provide accurate and complete bank account information for the refund process to be quick.
