Zobo.com.vn is committed to providing genuine, high-quality filter pipes and accessories. This Warranty Policy ensures the rights and benefits of our customers when purchasing from our website.

WARRANTY COVERAGE & PERIOD

This warranty policy applies to Zobo premium cigarette filters and lighters purchased directly from Zobo.com.vn.

(📌 Note: All matters related to returns and refunds are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.)

Warranty duration by product category:

  • Permanent-use filter pipes (metal/wood body): 3-month warranty for manufacturing or technical defects.
  • Lighters (Gas/Oil/Electric): 3-month warranty for ignition mechanism or fuel leakage (excluding fuel depletion).
  • Consumable accessories (rubber seals, flints): Not covered under warranty.

The warranty period is calculated from the date the customer receives the product.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

A product will be accepted for warranty if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is still within the warranty period.
  • The issue is identified as a technical or material defect caused by the manufacturer.
  • The product remains intact and has not been repaired by any unauthorized party.
  • The original box and accessories are intact, not torn or modified.
  • The customer provides valid purchase information (order code, phone number).

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Zobo.com.vn reserves the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by user error: dropping, strong impact, deformation of the pipe body or handle.
  • Oxidation, rust, or corrosion caused by exposure to chemicals, liquids, or abnormal heat.
  • Improper use or cleaning (e.g., soaking wooden/plastic pipes in boiling water).
  • Unauthorized modification or disassembly by anyone other than Zobo Store.
  • Product has exceeded the warranty period.
  • Natural wear and tear (e.g., silver plating fading over time).
  • Products not purchased directly from Zobo.com.vn.

WARRANTY PROCESS

Step 1: Submit a request

Customers contact Zobo.com.vn via Hotline or Zalo, providing order code and detailed description of the issue (photos/videos if available).

Step 2: Fault assessment

Zobo Store’s technical team will perform a preliminary assessment and guide the customer to send the product to the warranty address.

Step 3: Repair or replacement

Upon receiving the product, we will perform a full inspection. Depending on the issue, the product will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent item.

Step 4: Return the product

The repaired/replaced product will be shipped back to the customer. Shipping costs (both ways) for warranty claims caused by manufacturing defects will be covered by Zobo.com.vn.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY SUPPORT

For products not eligible for warranty (e.g., expired warranty, user damage), Zobo.com.vn may offer paid repair (if possible) or provide cleaning and maintenance services at a preferential rate for loyal customers.
